Welcome to AirFryer Genius: Cooking Times. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using AirFryer Genius ("the App"), you agree to:

2. Description of Service

AirFryer Genius provides:

Personalized air fryer cooking time and temperature recommendations
Recipe saving and management
Cooking timer with optional local notifications to alert you when to flip food and when cooking is complete
Multi-language support
Optional premium subscription for unlimited cooking recommendations

Important Disclaimer: The cooking recommendations provided by AirFryer Genius are estimates based on general air fryer cooking principles. Actual cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on your specific air fryer model, ingredient freshness, and environmental factors. Always use your judgment and follow food safety guidelines. We are not responsible for any undercooked, overcooked, or improperly prepared food.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission
By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation (Optional)

You can use the App without creating an account (local data only)
Signing in with Apple is optional and enables cross-device syncing
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID

4.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account
Deletion is permanent and irreversible
All your saved recipes and data will be permanently deleted
Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings

5. Subscription Terms

      5.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Required by Apple)
      
          Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes
          Account at confirmation of purchase
        
          Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews
          unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of
          the current period
        
          Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for
          renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
        
          Subscription Management: You can manage your
          subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account
          Settings after purchase
        
          Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial
          period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
        
          Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed in the app
          and may vary by region

5.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods
You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period

5.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store
We do not have access to process refunds directly

5.4 Changes to Subscription Pricing

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time
Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period
You will be notified of price changes in advance

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free users receive 1 cooking recommendation
After reaching the free limit, a subscription is required for additional recommendations
Saved recipes remain accessible regardless of subscription status
We may change free tier limitations at any time with notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Interfere with the App's functionality or servers
Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

AirFryer Genius and all content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use
You retain ownership of recipes and content you create in the App
By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your recipes solely to provide the service

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Food Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: FOOD SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Cooking recommendations are estimates and not guarantees
Always verify food is cooked to safe internal temperatures using a food thermometer
Follow USDA or your local food safety guidelines
We are not responsible for foodborne illness, injuries, or damages resulting from using our recommendations
Different air fryer models may require different times/temperatures

9.2 Service Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of recommendations
Uninterrupted or error-free service
Security or freedom from viruses

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months, or $50, whichever is less
We are not liable for any damages related to food preparation, cooking, or consumption
We are not liable for loss of data, recipes, or account information

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

Apple In-App Purchases: Subject to Apple's terms
RevenueCat: Payment processing
Amplitude: Analytics
Apple Sign In: Authentication
Anthropic Claude AI: AI-powered cooking recommendation generation
Cloudflare Workers: Backend infrastructure

We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, functionality, or policies. Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease
Termination does not affect your subscription obligations until the end of the billing period

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time
Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
Material changes will be communicated through the App or email (if provided)

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations regarding the App

14. Apple-Specific Terms

As required by Apple:

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content
Apple has no warranty obligations
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
